I had a really good idea of what I wanted my tablet to do but didnt know much about tablets themselves so I emailed these guys and told them what I wanted it to do. They wrote back with what other people in my field had bought and linked me to a tablet that was exactly what I was looking for - for the price I had given them. Easiest process of ordering something (I used PayPal to pay). Didn`t even have to enter name and address--everything was pulled from my PayPal account. So easy and quick! And I absolutely love the laptop I ordered. Hard to believe I got it for such a great price!

Because I am living in Europe I had to paid via vire transfer, they received it on Friday morning and afternoon the package was already on its way to the delivery address (located in the US). Excellent customer service. Long story, but when I incorrectly ordered a back-ordered model (hey, I was tired), the customer service representative called me back promptly and directed me to the model that was better suited for my needs, though it was the cheaper of the two by about $140 (the more expensive one had a laptop cellular card which I`d never use). The cheaper version was a couple of dollars more than the cheapest price located on Google Shopping (not much, really); well worth it, considering how helpful the guy was. Shipping was quick. I ordered my laptop on Monday night, and had it by Friday morning. I believe I used regular shipping (but I might be mistaken). I tend to return to stores that are cheap, hassle-free, and honest. This was my first experience ordering from them--but if they have the product you`re looking for, and the price is reasonable when compared on Google Shopping, I would definitely recommend them.

Incredibly knowledgeable + incredibly helpful = outstanding service. I volunteered to write this review because I found Armen so incredibly helpful. He helped me to decide the on right laptop for our needs and was incredibly patient in explaining everything. His e-mail correspondence is thorough and sets the standard for responsiveness. Even after the sale, he has helped me buy accessories. Even if he doesn`t stock the one I need, he doesn`t try to convince me to buy something from him, but is honest in saying someone else will serve me better in this particular case. There was also a misprinted price on the laptop I ordered and yet he said that they would still honor it. I find this type of honesty incredibly rare, and it has earned my repeat business in the future. I know I can trust him to give accurate advice for my needs rather than trying to maximize profit. In the future even if he is not the lowest price, I would be willing to pay a bit of a premium to deal with him.
